Alessandra Torresani is "Circling the Drain"

Or at least, she'll be a part of the project anyway. "Circling the Drain" is described as  follows: "Michael Eisner's Tornante Co. is making its first foray into live-action series with Circling the Drain, a single-camera comedy presentation it is self-financing and independently producing..." On Alessandra's role, "Alessandra Torresani as a 25-year-old reporter at the style section of a newspaper who loses her job and ends up on the obituary desk."

It's a Funhouse of Lying to the Show ... or something like that

TV.com is reporting that FOX's "Lie to Me" will return January 10th which is interesting because it seems like an episode with Paula Malcomson ("Funhouse") will be one ofthe premier episodes.

Meanwhile, if you missed it the first two times, Alessandra Torresani is hosting G4's "Attack of the Show" yet again.

Holidays and cheering upon us

With Thanksgiving now over, it's time for "the season". And to that end, check out Alessandra Torresani running commentary on the Hollywood Christmas parade.

Also as a reminder, Magda Apanowicz's next episode of "Hellcats" airs tomorow (12/1) at 9:00 PM on the CW.

What the heck is this, Alessandra?

So, yeah, we're late to the party, but Caprica's final five episodes will air on January 4th, 2011 in back-to-back-to-back-to-back-to-back fashion. It's not reat, but at least it's an ending.

In the meantime though, you can check out Alessandra Torresani's new YouTube channel which contains some ... um ... well, we're not eusre what to call it exactly. Girls dancing and signing to music. It's like karaoke on crack.

 

Alessandra attacks the show ... again

Two weeks in a row, Alessandra Torresani has co-hosted G4's "Attack of the Show", and like last week, her blog tells the video story. This time we have The Beatles, DVD releases, dizzy Power Wheel races and much more.

If you missed it the last time...

Alessandra Torresani will be hosting "Attack of the Show" again this coming Tuesday.

In addiiton, the 2nd episode of "Hellcats" featuring Magda Apanowicz will air December 1st. You can find some photos of the episode here.

Odds and updates

We're playing catchup, so here are a few admittedly disorganized odds and ends...

Paula Malcomson has been keeping busy this TV season. First off, she'll be back on "The Event" this coming Monday on NBC at 9 PM. Then there's news that she'll appear in an upcoming episode of "Lie To Me". You can read a few more details here. And if you'd like to see some pictures, take a look at this and this.

Magda Apanowicz updated her Twitter followers that her first episode of "Hellcats" will air this coming Saturday.
