Looking good for season 2?

We haven't talked much about Caprica itself lately with it being in a mid-season pause. But, there has been the looming question of whether the story will continue. We already know that the rest of season 1 will air later this year, but now word comes that it's looking good for Caprica to survive to season 2. It's not official word, but it's good to read that our favorite sow and our favorite actresses have a fighting shot.

We already wished her a good birthday

But now birthday wishes come from Tyler Shields as well. Pretty much a recap of what we've seen, but one or two new shots (to us anyway). Worth a look.

Or more specifically, happy birthday to Alessandra Torresani, born on the 29th of May. Makes us wonder what Zoe's birthday (birthdays?) are.

Ask Alessandra

The Caprica Times is asking for readers to submit questions for Alessandra Torresani which will be asked at the upcoming Monte Carlo Television Festival. If you're interested, head over there and submit a few. But if you do...do us a favor and ask something unique. You know, enough of the "what was your favorite episode?" and more "what flavor was that lollipop anyway?"

Heartbreak...

So, it seems like every other day we're posting something about Alessandra and Tyler Shields. Now, by the looks of it, this video may technically be a repost to his site, but it's new to us. And it's quite moving. But more than that, we think it's amazing what the Internet can do. The projects that can be created and shared with the world are astounding to us.

Skate or Die!

Ok, maybe not the video game from the 80s, but over the weekend, Alessandra Torresani attended the "Sk8 For Life" benefit in Los Angeles hosted by Rob Drydek. The event was for his foundation that his foundation in support of the Variety Boy’s and Girl’s club, and the Boys & Girls Club of the L.A. Harbor.

Amazing women doing simple things

There's really no way we can comment on this other than to say, "we feel like a sucker". Tyler Shields is at it once again with Alessandra Torresani amongst other women. It's just a set of 30 second videos, but you must see them to believe them.

More conventions for Luciana

Looks like Luciana Caro is going to be busy on the convention circuit. She will be attending New England Comic Con which will be held in Boston from October 15th through 17th. It's a bit in the future, but again, if you're in the area...

All tied up

So, technically Tyler Shields' latest photo shoot showcases Vincent Kartheiser of Mad Men fame. That's all well and good, but to us, it's just as much of a showcase of Alessandra.
